Ich/wir brauchen jetzt eine Einverständniserklärung, die wir ausfüllen, unterschreiben und ihr mitgeben sollen. Wie formuliere ich eine solche Erklärung? Müssen wir ihr auch eine Kopie von unseren Personalausweisen mitgeben? Wie ist das dann mit der Aufsichtspflicht in Spanien? Wieviel Verantwortung dürfen wir den Eltern von ihrem Freund “zumuten”?Vielen Dank für Antworten….

So ähnlich wie As959 geschrieben hat,haben wir das bisher auch gemacht.
Wir geben in solchen Fällen auch eine Kopie vom Personalausweis und den Impfausweis mit.
Wieviel Verantwortung ihr den Eltern “zumuten” könnt- ihr habt sicherlich mit ihnen geredet,so dass sie wissen,was euch wichtig ist oder wäre.
Ich gehe mal davon aus,dass auch eure Tochter und ihr Freund wissen,wie ihr das gerne hättet.

also ich bin slebst erst 18 aber meine eltern mussten so etwas auch schon machen..
bei ihnen kam es immer an erster stelle darauf an ob man den eltern und auch dem freund wirklich vertrauen kann!(dort war es der fall)
meine mutter hat ihren personalausweis kopiert und einfach auf die rückseite(wie eine schulentschuldigung oder eine erlaubnis für die schule, wenn man zu einer veranstaltung will die weiter weg ist)

also so ungefähr hat sie es geschrieben.mein vater hat sich da nicht so drum gekümmert..er mag meinen freund ja auch und vertraut ihm.also soweit ich weiss reicht die einverständniserklärung von einem erziehungsberechtigten vollkommen aus.den zettel solle ihre tochter aber immer bei sich haben und mit dem personalausweis,zur sicherheit auch noch den reisepass mitnehmen.
